All Document Explor Terms of Service
These terms will automatically apply to you after downloading or using the app - so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the app. You may not copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the application's source code, and you should not attempt to translate or create derivative versions of the application into other languages. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain with All Document Explor.
All Document Explor works hard to make sure the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without clearly explaining to you what you are paying for.
The All Document Explor app stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide my services. You are responsible for securing your phone and access to the App. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software limitations and restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/unwanted programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the All Document Explor app doesn't work properly or at all.

You should know that the All Document Explor app is not responsible for some things. Certain features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and you don't have any data allowance left.
If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you for data or other third-party fees during your connection while accessing the App. When using the App, you will be responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the App outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) and do not turn off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the app on, please note that we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the app.
Likewise, All Document Explor cannot always be held responsible for the way you use the app, i.e. you need to make sure your device stays charged - if its battery dies and you cannot turn it on to use the service, All Document Explor is not responsible responsibility.
Regarding All Document Explor's responsibility for your use of the app, it is important to remember that while you use the app, while we strive to ensure it is always updated and correct, we do rely on third party partners to provide us with information so that we can It can be provided to you. All Document Explor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages you may suffer as a result of your reliance solely on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the application. The app is currently available on Android - system requirements (and any other systems we decide to extend the app's availability to) are subject to change and you will need to download an update if you want to continue using the app. All Document Explor makes no promises that it will always update the app to make it relevant to you and/or to work with the version of Android you have installed on your device. However, you undertake to accept at all times updates to the Application provided to you, and we may also wish to cease providing the Application and may terminate use of it at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination (a) your rights and licenses granted by these Terms will terminate; and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if required, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms and conditions
